Oracle Investigations Group was informed of allegations against the head administrator of an Oakland area school which accused the administrator of pressuring a subordinate employee to marry the administrator’s love interest who resided in South America. Allegations claimed that the administrator placed pressure on the subordinate employee to marry the love interest because same sex marriages were not recognized in California and the administrator wanted the love interest to become a US Citizen. Our investigators were able to obtain a confession from the employee who admitted to marrying the administrator’s love interest in order to gain US Citizenship for the love interest. During the course of the investigation, Oracle Investigations Group also discovered that the administrator had used school-issued credit cards for personal expenses and travel to South America. The administrator was subsequently terminated by the school.
